About Behaviourlytics

Learn Brighter with Applied Behaviour Analysis

Meet the Founder

With a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Fiona’s career has taken her across the globe—from England to New Zealand, then Wales. She now calls Canada home, supporting both her professional community and the learning journey of her own family.

Fiona brings over 20 years of applied behaviour analytic experience, including a decade as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Her clinical passions include generative instruction, early skill development, verbal behaviour analysis, and academic curriculum design—always with a trusty standard celeration chart in hand.

Her work is grounded in best-practice, evidence-based intervention, but it’s the human connections that fuel her fire. Fiona collaborates closely with those who matter most to the learner—parents, grandparents, siblings—and with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and educators.

She’s known for blending precision with playfulness, and for asking “What’s possible?” even when the answer isn’t obvious.

Behaviourlytics was born from the belief that learning doesn’t stop—it evolves.
